BALANCER

In four-cylinder diesel engines, the balancer lowers noise levels, lubricates the cylinder block and crank shaft, and amortizes dynamic instabilities while the crank shaft rotates. Power for the balancer unit is obtained from the crank shaft via the gears. The oil that is drawn from the crankcase with the help of the pump is given to the cylinder block through the balancer case, which maintains the cylinder block and crank lubricated, preventing dynamic instabilities in the balancer.

Components for HEMA Endustri Engines Engine balancers were manufactured and assembled by plants.

HEMA ENDUSTRI can produce 100,000 pieces yearly.
