HYDRAULIC GEAR PUMPS WITH BUILT-IN VALVES

Certain hydraulic systems necessitate the installation of load sensing valves for flow dividers, flow control, pressure security, and flow dividers at the rear of the pump.

  1. A) Flow control valve: Provides constant flow to hydraulic system and sends the excess oil back to the tank.

    B) Priority flow divider valve: Divides the oil coming from the pump and sends to the system.

    C) Pressure relief valve: Maintains a constant pressure set for the hydraulic system.

    D) Priority flow divider load sensing valve: Provides the oil necessary for one side of the system and sends the remaining oil to the other side.

These valves are frequently used in forklifts and special machines.
