ALUMINUM BODY HYDRAULIC GEAR PUMPS AND MOTORS

At high operating pressures, aluminum gear pumps provide excellent performance, great efficiency, and quiet operation.

Aluminum body hydraulic motors are manufactured under three types of series, with displacement ranging from 6.1 cm3/rev to 73 cm3/rev, while aluminum body hydraulic gear pumps are produced in twelve frame sizes with displacement ranging from 1.1 cm3/rev to 116.7 cm3/rev. under 3 type of series

Up to 250 bar continuous pressure:

High strength materials and large journal diameters provide low bearing loads for high pressure operation.

Low noise:

1PN-12 teeth gear profile
1PH and 1.5PH: 12 Tooth side gap will be zero backlash with the ground gear profiles and the pressure fluctuation is reduced and the flow is optimized and a very quiet operation is provided

High efficiency:
Pressure balanced bearing blocks assure maximum efficiency under all operation conditions

Application flexibility:
A unique design and application range are provided with cover, connection types and integrated valve applications in accordance with international standards.
